Hi, I have a small (800 sq ft) SF 1-story foreclosure I just took possession of in Columbus OH (south side) and need a trusted rehabber that understands the local rental market. Needs roofing repairs/paint/sheetrock/flooring work. Would like to turn into a clean, safe  rental property quickly.
