Anyone familiar with Urban Circle Equity Group?

I was recently contacted by a representative of Urban Circle Equity Group (UCE LLC), a gentleman from Philidelphia, PA. That was looking to partner on monitizing leads that he would generate. While this arrangement seems attractive to me, I was curious if anyone else has worked with them, or been approached similiarly? What was your experience? How would you characterize the overall quality, and what was the focus of leads provided?

Furthermore, If someone else is running across leads in the Greater San Antonio Area, and needs boots on the ground to run them down, consider contacting me.  I'm extremely well versed in property title and succession issues, if you are working probate leads, and I use skiptracing software for those harder to reach less competitive type prospects.
