Hello,

I recently been hearing a commercial on the radio advertising RichUncles.com. Don't know too much about it, but it seems like you invest in a private commercial REIT with a starting investment as low as $500 and you own a share of a commercial property around the Southern California area. Dividends are paid out quarterly around 7% as the dividends come from the rent tenants pay for these commercial properties. It sounds interesting and wanted to know if anyone out there has any experience investing through this website and/or any thoughts. Thanks!
