Attended an REI group last night - presenter discussed several programs for funding flippers. Most intriguing to me as a newbie was a partnership program, which for a 25% stake they will bring you along for the "ride" on one of their flips so you can see everything that goes into it. The 25% is refunded along with 30% of profit from the deal. Opinions please!
