Hello BP,

I'm looking into investing in large apartment complexes.  My large is 10-16.  I have found a company that lends 100% of the deal with you giving them a secured note of 155-175k. I have never heard of this and it sounds too good to be true.  Just wondering what everyone else's opinion is on this.
