Anyone used this service and have feedback on such?  If so, what level did you use, and was it worth the cost?  Was the support as good as advertised?  Would you use them again?

I have a colleague in my day job who used them to sell his personal residence and was satisfied but wanted to solicit this community for their feedback as well.
