Hi all, I'm a newbie on the site. I've been learning all I can from all the great discussions that goes on here. One of the websites I ran into while reading one of the posts here was http://www.52properties.com Is anyone aware of them? Any experience working with them? 

The reason why I ask is that I subscribed to their weekly dead email newsletter and I seem to be getting some good deals from what I can see. Here's one for example that was sent today.

It's in Indianoplis, Indiana (I'm in upstate NY). While it's not in my area, these deals do sound great. I wanted to check with all of you here to see if anyone has ever worked with them or did any deals with them previously?
