Renter Property Management For Dummies :

This dummy has not used any application to track rental income/expenses etc. I am thinking about looking Into quickbooks to help track the numbers on my buy and hold portfolio but I don't know much about it.

In lamens terms ; what can quick books actually do for my business that "winging it" simply can't accomplish ?
