Have you had any experience with National Real Estate Insurance Group (NREIG)/Affinity Group Management?

We like the idea that this company caters/markets to investors; however, they denied one of our client's seemingly legit claims and it seems they trying to deny another one on a technicality. The second claim remains unresolved and time is passing fast - maybe they will pay it, not sure yet. Any claims denial or paying experience would be appreciated, thanks.

If someone like @Jason Hartman is getting the run around from an outfit, what does that say for how a little nobody like me would be treated?

They had a chance to do right on this with a nationally known guy and blew it.  Industry standards are not what I seek. Not from myself or anybody else.  Passing the buck to an un-named entity and quoting privacy concerns? In a lot of industries the standard bar is way too low - deplorable even.  I don't seek the 'standard' from my realtors, my PM cos, contractors, mechanic or insurance people.  Be excellent in what you do!  Go a little extra and make things right!

This is like talking to a politician or something.  Why can't there just be a straight answer?
