Do not work with Omnikey as they are uncommunicative, unethical and thieves.

I was told by Brandi Stubbs that I was not going to be rented to and that my deposit of $1215 was not going to be returned to me. While I understand that your agency reserved the right to not rent to me I do not feel you have the right to keep my security deposit.

I do not fully understand why your agency is refusing to rent to me. I have asked Ms. Stubbs for a written notice as to why I am being refused, a copy of the lease and my deposit. She is very uncommunicative and the only statement I got from her is an email stating your attorney would be contacting me, which has not occurred.

She did not inform me that I was being refused the rental. She contacted the agency that was assisting me in the first month’s rent, which she has returned to the agency, and informed them I was being refused but did not inform me.

I called her and she then stated I was in violation of the lease (how I still do not understand) and that I was not going to be receiving my security deposit back.
