Which System: Propstream, Lead Sherpa or Deal Machine

I'm a Realtor and investor and I would like to have a system where I can identify motivated sellers, skip search them and then mass text the results. I have been looking for the best system to get the most accurate results with the fewest possible steps. Can anyone give me any input on any or all of these companies? Which ones would be an all in one solution? I signed up for Deal Machine but it looks like they already removed the texting feature but I do like the driving for dollars function. Propstream seems to be very popular and I signed up for an account but I'm confused about what to do once I have a list of leads. I haven't used LeadSherpa yet, but it seems to do all 3. Thanks in advance!
