if you check out their listings, it's crazy...$3600 rent? $3k rent? $2500 RENT? Not all are like these but i'd say about a third are.

it's pretty clear their game plan - hope to find someone to cough up that kinda dough and sell these suckers in 2-3 years. They're totally trying to manipulate the market and, judging from their past endeavors, they will succeed.
