Techvestor STR Full Service Management Company?

Hi, 

Have been getting a lot of ads for Techvestor (https://techvestor.com/). It looks like a full service STR management company. Interested to hear if anyone has had experiences with them, seen to be rather new.

Obviously, they will take a large cut, but might be interesting to get started to have someone help through transactions, management etc to learn with a partner rather than going in it alone.
