Property Manager (for clients) Advice at BPCON

Hi. If you manage other people's properties and even just your own and have any advice or input I would love to meet you at BPCON.

I will be there Starting Oct 1-Oct 5

I have just started managing my and a couple other properties for clients (I'm also a Realtor) just would love any information you have to share. How to scale, how to manage them, best practices for agreements between you and the home owner. Any advice welcome. Thank you!
