My First BPCON and First investment

Hey everyone,

This is my first post and my very first BPCON. I just want to introduce myself and also put myself out there!

My name is Noe and my girlfriend and i just bought our first investment property a few months ago right here in San Diego. We started off with a triplex in a very popular area in SD so as you can imagine we are learning a lot all at once. What we are looking for on that end is to expand the team of people we can bounce ideas and strategies off of that are investor friendly.

I ,myself, am an assistant to a top producing agent in Coldwell Banker Realty. I would like to expand my assistant role to either working with other agents or even switching to a higher volume team. I would like some advice as to what i should do. I started studying for my real estate license but that took a back seat when things were at their busiest in the SD market. Through seeing how things were moving as an agent I know as of right now I do not want to be an agent. I wanted to know what other roles i might want to look into that would make use of a real estate license?

Thanks for your help!
