Unpermited improvements please help!
Under contract on property. Just completed inspections. Inspector noticed there have be at least 2 different extentions to the original home. He mentioned looking at county records to see if work was recorded. I searched the property and found out the records show the home as a 1352sqft 3bd 1bath no pool.... The home is currently a 3bed 3bath 1600sqft home with a pool... I plan to finance the property conventional loan but I atticipate the appraisal will come in low due to the unpermitted work. Which means seller will either have to remedy the permit situation and or sell the property at a major discount. Anyway thats pretty much the situation right now. Im Looking for someone with experience to chat with
