First time House Hack.
I'm trying to decide if I should put my own money down for the down payment, or if I should try and find a private money lender/angel investor to cover the down payment cost. Any thoughts or experiences with this subject is greatly appreciated. Plus any other helpful tips or insight regarding this subject is greatly appreciated.
