Listing states:not currently accepting investment purchases
I recently sold our home in CA and have decided I rather rent here and invest where the math makes sense. I came across an area seeing explosive growth and was hoping to get a new home being built, speculating on the market continuing to appreciate. The listing states ”We are not currently accepting investment purchases.” A couple questions.
Am I unable to buy and rent this out?
Since I have no current primary home, does this count as an investment purchase?
Can paying all cash to circumvent this declaration, and then refi the home?
