Builder sold neighbor home at very low price.
My builder sold my neighbor home less then 120K. I signed contract and deposit earnest money. After one week builder sold same house less than 120K.
I bought 900K and builder sold same house 780K after one week.
I don't want to buy this home now.
Is there any legal way I can get earnest money back?
