Creative Financing Options
Hi,
I’m looking for a real estate agent who’s familiar with creative financing methods. I just moved here to Houston late 2019 and would like to purchase my first house. But since I don’t have much employment history, a mortgage professional said that it will be hard to get me approved due to lack of employment history. I heard there’s creative financing methods for housing. So if there’s an agent who’s familiar with that I would like to ask for their help in getting my first house. Preferably a local agent, but if you have connections here in Houston that can help me that would be awesome!
Thanks!
