Creative Financing options

I am looking to buy my first property as an Investor. My goal is to become an investor with multiple properties in future. However, I only have limited amount of savings which I worked really hard to save over the last 2 years. I don't want to go for bank mortgages as the prices are too much and I can't see the long term picture with it (considering I'll utilize all my savings for one property). I would like to connect with experienced people and mentors who have done creative financing and if they can help me get started.
