Building a team for investing from remote (foreigner): boots on the ground

Hello,

i would like to ask if someone that is investing from remote has boots on the ground, a person that goes and monitor the contractor rehab process, takes pictures and evaluates the progress. How much you paying for such service and would that person willing to take on another paying investor like myself. This is about WI Milwaukee area.

And in general, i would be happy to hear how out of states investors manage to have some sort of boots on the ground (is it the RE agent only? other persons?)
