Hello all,

I just graduated from college (FSU - Go 'Noles!) and I landed a stable job, but am interested in putting my savings to use. I'm spending this year after college gathering all the knowledge possible for future investment, but do you all have any recommendations on what investment is suitable for someone as young as me (21) and will have around 20-25K saved by next year? Also would love to hear about any books, articles, or resources that helped you along your journey with REI. Thank you!

Hello Brian,

House hacking is an excellent avenue to start out on. 1. Do you need a place to live yourself? Yes.
2. Can you find other people to rent out rooms in the area you live? Most likely. 3.Will you cash flow a ton of money on your first property? No, but you will be in the game. 4. Will it make you learn a lot about owning a piece of real estate? Yes. 5. Will it get you on the right track to invest more in the future? Absolutely.

Reach out to me by DM if you would like to talk more.

Best,

Brandon
