Tenants In Northern NJ
Hello BP,
I am in the process of purchasing my first duplex and I have the worry of not getting any tenants or having bad ones. The property is in Bayonne NJ, which seems like a competitive rental market, but just trying to get some advice on tenant searching.
I will be doing a lot of cosmetic fixes and adding LVP, new paint, backsplashes for kitchen, adding better bathroom vanities, etc.
Any advice on this topic would be appreciated!
