1st STR: should I purchase a home with a shared driveway?

Hi guys- been searching for my first STR and came across a property that checks all the boxes except one… it shares a driveway with the house next door.. BUT parking is available on each side of the house. It would only block each other if people parked in the middle.
I feel like this might become a problem if some guests do not park appropriately. Thoughts?
