FHA Loan Duplex thats Tenant Occupied

Can you pursue an FHA loan if the property you are looking to offer on is tenant occupied? I am just starting out in my RE investing journey and am looking to do an FHA house hack. I came across a duplex in Florida I am interested in but both units are occupied with current leases until March 2024. Is it still possible to do?
