Hard Money Lender Recommendations
First time homebuyer set on using the BRRR to supercharge my real estate portfolio. I'm based in D.C. but looking to buy in Baltimore MD. I'm looking to establish a relationship with a reputable hard money lender that's easy for a first time buyer to work with (aka favorable rates for a financially solid applicant, albeit a rookie).
