What is the right place to start? (not expecting one answer)
Hello everyone,
First steps here and so far feeling great.
I read a lot here and I think the right strategy for me in the first stage is to buy, renovate and sell. So I ask whether I should start buying a property in the area where I live? Although the neighborhoods here are very expensive? Or expand the search to the entire country?
Also, I would appreciate it if someone could recommend a database that could help me find a good deal

Buy within a hour radius of where you are, you could find a great deal in the middle of Oklahoma. But you will not execute, it will drain you if you do not have a solid team. Take advantage of your market.
