Is this a good first investment?
I found this single family property built in 1945, in UT. It's right next to a elementary school, the neighborhood is definitely middle class. It has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2342 sq ft, and asking price is 400K. I was thinking of house hacking this home or potentially add value to this home as well, do some renovations as another exit option. Should I proceed and try to get this home using an FHA Loan? This is gonna be my first property so I don't know.
