What state for LLC investing in Missouri

I'm buying a couple properties in Missouri (1st rentals). Should I form LLc in Missouri or use a different state like Wyoming? I believe Missouri has parent/child LLCs, anyone have experience with those? Wondering if I should set up LLC and then have each property a child LLC of the original?
