First Time Home Buyer looking to invest in the OKC area!

How's it going BP Family!

Hope all is well, I am new to RE investing and I am looking to invest in the OKC area. I am currently playing basketball overseas and would love to know if anyone in the OKC area could help me start my RE investing journey. I choose the OKC area because in my off season I'll be there with family (May-July). With the research I've done, I believe a multifamily home would be best for my first investment venture, I want to utilize an FHA loan or a loan of some sort that is First Time Home Buyer friendly. I am looking for an investor friendly agent that knows the market well and has connections within the city.

Thank you in advance!
