any advice for house hacking with low money down in long islandny

Hi Nick, I bought my first house through the house hacking method in Long Island. There are very few Multi-family houses on Long Island and prices here are more expensive than in many other states. What worked for me was buying a single-family house with a lot of bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and I rented by room.
