Summerfield Florida, The Villages area

Good morning and Happy New Year. I am looking for A mobile home or 2 family home in the summerfield florida area within a 20-30 min drive at most. I would like a 2 bedroom at least. The property would be for my wife myself and our german shepherd. He is a big dog so if MH was in a park dogs would have to be allowed. My max monthly budget is 1200.00. I would like to get in with no money down or low as possible with owner financing. I am currently in Suimmerfield stayin with my mom temporarily. My wife would be coming from New Hampshire. Depending on the situation we would like to ideally be able to move within the next 2 months. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have as im not able to explain my whole situation in this post. Thank you in advance for your help. Steve
