Doing work to your units yourself? Keep these tips in mind!

Do you have the intention to do most of the work yourself to your units? Keep these 2 aspects in mind!

1.) The value of your time. Budget in time to mess things up and and have to run back to Lowe’s/HD several times and doing multiple reps to do your project. Is your time most efficiently spent doing that, or is it better to delegate and hire it out to be completed in a much shorter time period (hopefully)?

2.) The expectation of quality of your results. Great results take time and repetitions to achieve. Every situation is completely different, but you may not get the results that you expect on the first go around. Great things take practice 🙂

Happy Thursday guys! 😁
