My Seller Credit Exceeds My Closing Costs & Prepaids

Hey all,

Seller agreed on $15k for seller concessions, but my closing costs are $14k, losing out on a little less than a thousand dollars. Still money that can be used for repairs.

What can I do if my seller credit exceeds my closing costs & prepaids?

Hi Gabriel, I was in the same situation last month. I closed on a property where my seller's credit was more than my closing cost. I cou not my My rate down but my agent made sure I got the difference. I got a check a day after closing. I was thrilled because I can put the money towards rehab.

hope it works out for you.
