Hey all, posted a few months back as a new wholesaler (still interested in JV, finding properties or buyers!), and have now passed my SAFE exam and am a licensed LO in Virginia. Adding MD and DC soon.

I've got a few months left in service, but I'm really looking to connect with as many RE pros as possible. Agents, other lenders, investors, and of course, homebuyers. As a vet I've used VA loans myself, and that's the area I'd like to focus on the most!
