Hello Everyone!

I'm in escrow on a home in the Victoria Neighborhood of Riverside. The place has a detached garage which I'm considering turning into an ADU for traveling nurses. Everyone in my family is telling me to not buy this place because the markets are going to come down. The home passed inspection and it is in solid condition. Looking for guidance to see if right now is the correct time to buy or should i wait for them to drop.

House Price: 630k
Sqft: 1680
