First Time Home Buyer

Hello Everyone!

I'm in escrow on a home in the Victoria Neighborhood of Riverside. The place has a detached garage which I'm considering turning into an ADU for traveling nurses. Everyone in my family is telling me to not buy this place because the markets are going to come down. The home passed inspection and it is in solid condition. Looking for guidance to see if right now is the correct time to buy or should i wait for them to drop.

House Price: 630k
Sqft: 1680

@Henry Crafer You plan on renting out your rooms? Its allowed my wife and I to cover our mortgage completely!

That's so awesome! I have to get her on board with that first. Baby steps 😂😂 and then I can present that idea as well.

My wife was the one who got me on board! The book set for life by Scott trench was what hooked me!
Thanks for the advice! Just bought the book and will start to listen to it tomorrow.
