Hello @Diana Robayo,

I attended a local meet up in Bakersfield and met a very knowledgeable gentleman by the name of Gene Hacker. He is a local investor and home inspector that owns his own home inspection company. The name of his company is Kern River Home Inspections. You could connect with him on the BiggerPockets website as he does have an account on here. 

I hope this helped even a little and best of luck in your home buying process!
