Connect with experienced long-distance rental property investors

Hey everyone,

Glad to be a part of the community. I have been doing a lot of research on the BiggerPockets forums and I wanted to first thank you all for the wealth of information that is on here. I am considering purchasing my first rental property (early stages) outside of my home location and would love to connect with people who are experienced in long-distance rental property investing. Would be very grateful if anyone is open to chatting over a quick call about your personal experience.

Please respond to this post or shoot me a personal message if you are interested in connecting. I look forward to getting more involved in this community.

Regards,
Nikhil
