How to Find Heirs Abandoned Property Significant Equity
Hi,
I’m a realtor and would be investor in Florida (Lee County). I came across an abandoned house thats in heavy need of repairs but that is likely sitting on significant equity even afterwards. Checking the county records, I see it’s an unknown heirs situation. If the Obituary gives no ready clues to hunt down the beneficiary, how would some of you seasoned investors or original thinkers go about finding that beneficiary?
