Hello I'm in denver would like to know if it's possible to start buy real estate for my first home /cash flow asset what are my first steps my score is getting fixed as speak but would like to know more about Loans and programs that you all would know to get started or any tips to get started thank you

I agree with Charles. When you first find out about REI it is easy to let the enthusiasm get the best of you. Patience is key to successful investing, especially early on. Take your time, build your credit, build your reserves, build your team, and find the right deal. Good luck Shannon!
