Seeking Handyman/ Bathroom Remodel Referral

Hello, I plan to househack (rent out extra rooms) in my primary residence.  I am looking to convert the game room and the formal dining room into two bedrooms.  I also want to add a standing shower in to the existing half bath.  My property is a single family home located in Fort Worth, TX 76137 zip code.  If you have done something like this before and have recommendations for handyman/plumber, general contractor, please let me know.
