trying to use a agreement I like,agent says I can only use 4to1

I've been pushing pretty hard to get my first deal trying to wholesale. Most agents I talk to have been willing to do a dual agency I came across one that wouldn't so they gave me someone in there agency no big deal .. I sent over my purchase agreement like I have been but this guy is telling me In TX the only contract that can be used is the 4 to 1 is this correct..and how do I get in there my company name and or assignee as the buyer plus a marketing clause

@Brian O'Neill Agents Have to use the state approved contract for Realtors, period. If you want any clauses in there, you have to add them.  I suspect the agent doesn’t realize you’re trying to wholesale…when they do, they’ll just drop you, as any experienced agent would..
