Hi I'm from NY interested in Ohio Landlord friendly, 10th biggest populated State .. Very interested in the opportunity over there, any feedback thank you!

I'm interested in a rental unit out of state in a landlord friendly state, any guidance would be appreciated.

I recommend you read this article on OOS investing. It explains the importance of creating your core four. You will need to get a local, rockstar Realtor, contractor, lender, and property manager.
