I'm interested in a rental unit out of state in a landlord friendly state, any guidance would be appreciated.

Isn’t Ny scary with our high taxes and pro renters? I know queens is “better” but I just wanna learn and meet people who are doing what I want to be doing, any advice?

Hi I’ve been reading and learning for 2 years now but getting ready to make a move. I have 115k Saved, make 50k a year and living rent free. Problem is I’m from Ny, my credit score is excellent with perfect previous paid off car history etc. I am 27 Years old and would love to meet a few people so I can learn and potentially find some deals, I am open to out of state and open to somewhere on Long Island
