New Real Estate Investor looking for Lenders

Hi everyone, I'm just starting out as an investor in central New Jersey and am thinking about purchasing a house hack property over the next year or so. Does anyone have recommendations for lenders/banks to reach out to? I'm looking to get pre qualified and eventually pre-approved on either an FHA loan or a low down payment conventional loan. Also if anyone else is new and around the area who wants to connect, feel free to reach out!
