I’m looking at a property that need TLC. But there are foundation issues. It made the 3 previous buyers before the back out the deal.

What are your opinions on foundation fixes and complexity?

I've bought a lot of property in Texas.  Locals generally say it is not a question of if you will have foundation issues but when.  Sure enough every house I've owned has needed foundation work.

It is just like any other major repair to a property; get a quote and bake it into your business plan.
