Hello BP family! 

My name is Antonio and got introduced to bp about a year ago which helped me buy a str in Mexico. I'm looking at possibly house hacking here in the states so I can stop renting. I don't have much capital due to spending it on the str in Mexico which has stopped me from going for a second one. I want to do the brrrr method for a multi family property unit and house hack it. I currently work as a woodworker making cabinets as well as a handyman so the hands on work doesn't scare me. I just wanted to possibly get a glimpse of the process and hopefully I can be of use to anyone with my background.
