Advice on Getting Started in Real Estate Investing
Hello,
I am new to real estate investing. I am currently working towards getting my first investment property. I found a duplex in my area that already has tenants in both sides and is being sold for under market value. The problem that I am running into is financing. I have roughly 15% of the selling price saved up however, I don't want to invest everything that I have into this property. If anyone knows of any financing options with low down payments please let me know. Also, if you have any advice for someone who is starting out in real estate please feel free to share.
