Just wanted to shout out to the awesome community that Bigger Pockets has created. I just closed on my first property here in the valley with a tenant already in place. The consistent reassurance I received from the community and the podcast help me accumulate the knowledge I needed to head into this with confidence. Anyone hesitant to get into their first deal I recommend picking up How to Invest Into Real Estate by Brandon Turner and Long Distance Investing By David Greene.
